Justice Served

Rookie CFA operative, Charla, on the job! Jumping from rooftop to rooftop, Charla's mission is to scout, and stop any crimes that are being committed! Luckily for her, it was a rather quiet day. it should be good news for Charla, but this was her ninth quiet day in a row, and she was getting a bit too jumpy at opportunities now. She takes a break on a rooftop of an apartment, seeing no harm since nothing was going on. Just then, her visor's enhanced hearing picks up someone calling out in distress! Alarmed, Charla looks around, trying to find the source of the sound. She finds that it's coming from the apartment she was currently on! Two voices can be heard: one pleading and begging to be let go, and another saying something about feeding her pets! Only the worst was assumed by Charla, so she springs into action!

Crashing through the window, she gets into a battle stance. "CFA officer! Nobody move!"

In front of her was a surprised Gina about to be tied up by an equally surprised Penny. Taking Penny as a threat, Charla tackles the redhead to the floor, knocking the air out of her! She tells Gina to run to safety, but instead Gina pleads to Charla. "W-Wait! Stop, let my friend go, please!"

This catches the rookie by surprise. "I-I can explain! This is... just... a misunderstanding!"
Penny struggles to say as Charla pins her down. Confused, Charla reluctantly lets Penny go.

Settling down, and talking over drinks, the two girls embarrassingly explain the whole situation, leaving Charla quite embarrassed herself.
"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt your... errr, kinky playtime."

Both Gina and Penny deny the notion. After the mishap, the three girls get along quite nicely! They share stories, and get to know each other. Charla even tells them her job at the CFA, in order to explain her actions. Gina becomes amazed and in awe of Charla, being a fan of sci-fi stuff. Penny understands how their actions seemed a bit "shady" and so forgives Charla for the incident. She offers to pay for the damages, but Penny refuses the offer since she can pay it herself. Just then, Penny's two kittens, Felise and Blanca, emerge from under her bed, hiding there since Charla's entrance.

Just then, it hits Penny! "Actually, Charla, I think there's another way you can pay me back." Looking rather mischeivous at the thought she's having.

Charla looks at Penny, eagerly, no doubt wanting to pay her back in some way. "Sure thing! What is it?"

"If you can just feed my little cuties, then it's settled!"
Charla is no doubt confused by this, but agrees to the deal!
If only she knew what that entailed...

Featuring his CFA rookie, sc-fi character, Charla, in a rather ticklish predicament.

I had an earlier sketch of this drawing before in a stream, many months ago... decided to redraw it because I didn't like how it turned out.
But I like how this turned out, and tried new things with this pic, too! Tried new coloring for the background, and new speech bubbles.
Even colored Gina differenty, since she's in the background. She's trying out Charla's visor.
Also a first, Blanca's (the white cat) face is seen! At least half of it.
